The media could not be loaded. I bought the heater when it was on sale a few months ago. Got our first cold spell and set it up. Heats decently but makes the most awful and annoying noise. Sounds incredibly unbalanced. Do not spend any amount on this heater.Update: Did not even work for 6 hours. What an absolute waste of money. Do not buy this under any circumstances. What an complete joke of a product. For the MSRP, you can buy 4 or 5 quality heaters. Just abysmal.

I really like the stainless steel exterior and the quality materials throughout. The fan is surprisingly quiet and there was great attention paid to safety (recessed fan grill, cool off cycle during shutdown). The only thing to be aware of is the size of room it can heat up since it's a pretty compact unit. works well for a 15x10 room. Would start feeling anemic for anything significantly larger

I did not give it a 5 star only because the warm air does not fill the room that fast. It takes awhile.However, the machine is super quiet and it heats up fast. Small enough to place anywhere. Also cool to touch.

This is an expensive space heater. I cannot deny that. But there is something different about the heat it produces. The space it heats feels more full/complete for some reason. There aren’t as many hot or cold pockets of air in the room. When I purchased this space heater I fully expected it to blast hot air around my room like a typical Vornado fan does. That is NOT the case. Do not buy this unit expecting a typical Vornado fan but only with hot air. The space heater does not get close to pushing the air out at that velocity. BUT, it is still by far the most comfortable feeling space heater I’ve ever owned. I have many space heaters in my house that I’ve bought from this site at less than half the price. They’ve actually blown out what feels like hotter air and faster. However, the thermostats on those units were never accurate. This one is!! And, like I said, for whatever reason the heat feels better with this Vornado heater. I feel like it is obvious but I’ll say it anyways, this is easily the nicest looking space heater I’ve seen in person. But, that isn’t as important as the great performance.

This heater will not run if cold. It needs to be warmed up to start working. Also the high temperature fuse opened after only a few hours of use. Not worth the price.

After giving it 5stars it quit working. Filed a warranty claim. So I had to revise and give 3stars. It worked well until it just stopped working. I only had it 2 months.
