Kinder on the knees
This mat is much better for my knees than the standard yoga mat, which I find too thin. I also find anything much thicker is unstable for balance exercises

Comfortable
Very comfortable and great for yoga and workout. The first one was stolen I suppose, because never arrived, but the sellers were super understanding and immediately sent another one.

Standard enough, but covered in plastic particules on the inside
Loads of mini plastic particules on the inside when opened up, tried to hoover it but always seems to come of. Hopefully will stop in time.
