Very good and chewy
The recipe on the bag made a very wet and chewy dish, just like I like it, but I subbed in soy milk for 2/3 of the water.

A Nice Mix
I used these straight from the bag into a dough mix. With the 5 hours of proving, they didn't soften up much. I'm going to try soaking them prior to use next time.Great flavour addition to bread but I want to avoid the 'crunch' factor a little more.Definitely a good product and price. Will buy again.
