So, I wanted to use this product for a few weeks before I left a review. First, let's start with one of the most important things to me: The taste. It's in a capsule, so it's not terrible. And they're "regular-sized;" so they're not too difficult to swallow. I have an aversion to many tastes and textures and this one doesn't trigger my gag-o-meter. After taking it, there may be a slight increase in energy and a little more "balance" (mentally and emotionally). For me, it was a comfort to know that help was on the way, so speak and that this product is intended to help me feel for normal. I feel like it accomplished that; but, to be honest I don't know if it was a placebo effect and I don't care. When you're on the verge of going through the "change" of life, every little bit of support helps!Bottom line: Try it! It's inexpensive and if it does for you what it did for me, it's worth the money!

I got this for my buddy. She likes it and has no problem with it upsetting her stomach. It is good if you want a more natural way to dealing with symptoms.

It turned out the product was not right for me but it still seems to be a good product for the right person. Easy to swallow, good amount for your money, no foul taste or smell, and seem to be a good quality brand.

Estaba usando otra marca y quise probar esta, porque sigo con los sudores repentinos y creo que la otra era para la menopausia y como me di cuenta que todavia no entro en esa etapa crei que por eso no me funcionaba y por eso cambie a esta, que es para la perimenopausia que es antes de la menopausia pero tampoco me quita los sudores . Asi que volvere a la anterior o a buscar otra para ver si me funciona y me quita esos sudores horribles.

Si siento que me equilibra cada vez q lo tomo.
