I was a little hesitant when I ordered this item because my previous rice cooker of a different brand that I bought from another retailer often times disappointed me by burning the bottom almost every time and soften the rice too much when I kept it in warm mode for only one or two hours.However, I love this Cuckoo rice cooker. I have been using it frequently over a month now and it cooks perfect and delicious rice every single time and it keeps the same quality in warm mode for hours. And, I really like the sleek, stylish deign as well.Thank you Amazon for this great product!

This rice cooker is wonderful. It does not burn the rice, it can easily be stored away and does not take up a lot of space.The rice cooker keeps the rice at an ideal temperature for all day snacking, and even has the perfect timer to know when the rice is ready. You can get restaurant quality rice now with this, and the price is just right. Buy ittttt! It is worth the money!

Gets the job done overall. Rice is perfectly cooked and moist. The functions are all very helpful and I love the timer function that gives an estimate on how much time is left during the cooking process. I got the smaller version for 2-3 cups cooking a day which fit my needs perfectly. Love the aesthetic and overall design.Two things to note….When opening the rice cooker by pressing the button to unlock the lid, if you don’t have ur hand on the lid, the lid will open very strongly. With nothing stopping it, the rice cooker basically flips/teeters backwards on its hind “legs” before falling back down into place.The water reservoir in the back is a little difficult to pop off. And takes some fidgeting sometimes.

Love this rice cooker. Have been using these for the past year now and functional without any issue. Very sturdy and would recommend anyone who is looking for consistent rick cooking results

Used it for a while and this is really really cook. I usually cook for myself and this is more than enough, even when I hosted up to 6 friends. The rice does taste better than cheaper pots and the design is stylist.

Ok. I know this may sound funny, but I just now graduated to an adult rice maker! This thing is amazing! I have only ever used the cheap ones -- they work fine for a couple years, then randomly start making bad rice. This new one definitely costs more -- but rightly so! I love it!

This the second Cuckoo rice cooker I have purchased. The first one stopped working after about 5 years. So I stuck with the brand and change the cooker only. TBH I am not able to get the quick cook function to work right. I only use for cooking rice and that is 1 or 2 times a week only thus got this on sale. :-)
