Product is good... But I don't want pillar tap because it's not suitable for my house

Read this before buying
It's good quality product. Finish is fantastic. While turning knob, it gives u wonderful feel of quality. But the head can't turn. It's fixed. It's not practical. The tower head must be designed with turn head. I don't know why the didn't do. My return window closed when I noticed. Still using it with compromise.
