It is like having a full on heater in your room. I called Samsung and they were not helpful in fact they told me to keep childeren away from the heat. I tried to send it back to amazon and they would not take it as I threw away the box! horrible experience !!!

Matt screen to handle reflectionsCons:1. Biggest Annoyance - Connectivity issues. It wakes up slowly and sometimes the monitor does not wake up at all. You have to unplug and replug the adapter. It happened 3 times in 2 weeks2. Blacks in a bright room seem more grey than black3. HDR is unusable. Enabling it makes the screen washed out4. Changing input is a lengthy walk through the menu5. No native display brightness controls for mac

I have spent hours together watching reviews on Youtube of this monitor being compared to the Apple Studio. While most of the reviews ended with the cost factor, it is more than 50% cheaper as compared to the Apple Studio in UAE. Of course the build quality is not great but the screen itself is crisp and the smart tv feature is an added advantage. I am connecting it to my macbook air and pro and thoroughly enjoying it!

The quality is good but if you are using an Apple monitor anything from Apple already, this will not compete with it
