Heats up fast and keeps towels and stones piping hot! I can put a ice cold wet towel in there and its steaming within 20 minutes.

This item works well, heats up in approx 30 minutes, towels are very warm. Easy to move around.

Well first I just opened it and there’s this huge sticker on the front that when i try to peel it off it just tears up and makes it look worse. Second there was a clear plastic wrap around the warmer and when I tried to take it off it’s stuck in the cracks which makes it uglier. I know these are minute but small details really stand out to me. I will update once I try it out but so far i’m not impressed.

It's very good quality for the money that it is, it's not super expensive but it's up there so it better be good quality right??? It's a decent size and when it's empty it's super lightweight and easy to carry.

Love this towel warmer. It's a good size and heats up fast. I love the feel of ultra steaming towels on my face during facials. Now I can do it at home. Easy to store and I only put towels in there right before usage.

Great for medspa massage therapists

I run a personal massage business out of my home and use hot towels going to massage process. I found the DIYYIDA Hot Towel Warmer and thought it would be a great addition to my massage business. The casing of the Town warmer measures 17.7 inches wide, 13.8 inches high and 11.8 inches deep. So the unit is not so big as to take up a lot of space but is big enough to hold enough towels for several clients. The unit has a stainless steel rack that goes inside which creates a second shelf so you could store two different size towels or one size on both shelves. What I do is I run hot water through each of the towels and then bring them out thoroughly and then roll them and put them in damp. Once the unit is turned on it'll heat up to between 149 and 158° F. There is a drip tray that will catch any water and it can be removed to empty out the excess water. The unit comes with a set of tongs so you don't have to stick your hand into the hot unit. There's also a built-in LED light inside so you could see. The overall storage capacity is 23 l. The unit itself is very easy to use. Just plug it in and turn it on when you need it. Place your damn towels inside and give them time to heat up. I usually give about 30 to 40 minutes. Once you are done, turn the unit off and remove your towels and make sure to empty out the drip tray. Overall this has been an excellent addition to my at home massage business.

I have had it plugged up for days. It will not warm towels sufficiently. It has a terrible smell also while turned on.
