I actually use this back stretcher more for when I'm sitting down in chairs that don't properly support my lower lumbar. It's very durable and light weight so it's easy to move around. It works well because when I kind of forget and lean back into it, I instantly hear and feel the relieving crack of my compressed vertebrae's. Some advice with the foam piece, make sure you insert it and line it up right away before you first use this product. It wasn't staying in good at first, so I adjusted it to its highest level and back before I started using it again to stretch the foam piece out and it has stayed in with no problem ever since.

For someone like me that has horrible posture…this helps to stretch my back after sitting all day. I’m starting out slowly with mine. Stand by for updates!

I don't agree with "back cracker", but it is great and easily adjustable from barely there to a high arch. Very sturdily made and should last for years and years. Great deal for the price.

Good for stretching your back, only downfall i had was it was hard to adjust it.

Total piece of crap, while tightening it to get the curve in it, it just broke. Complete waste of my money. Very disappointed. Thought this would help my low back pain. It’s in the trash. Would never recommend this piece of plastic crap

I figured "what the heck", for $18.00 I'll try it. You really need to start on a low setting & work your way up! Adjusting it is a little PIA but it works. Very sturdy. My only complaint is the little metal "bumps" on it don't feel very good! Easy fix : I cut a piece of memory foam (2 inch thick) worked fine.

Great product for the price! After so many expensive treatments this really does the trick for my back.

i am missing the blue middle piece...didnt recognize it til reviewing for a friend
