This is an outstanding device, absolutely love the treat tosser! It launches treats high and far, which keeps my dogs entertained. The 360° camera offers excellent coverage, and the ability to talk to your dogs remotely is incredibly reassuring. One unexpected but amazing feature is the smart alerts. I had no idea it would notify me when my dog is barking, and even better, it automatically records during those moments, so I can review the footage later. It's been a game changer for peace of mind!The only difficulty I had was setting up a UK account with the app because the default is the United States.

The set up was extremely straightforward. It comes complete with charging cable, plug and a leaflet for initial set up. Then you need to download the app and simply follow the instructions.I was offered one month free for the "Dog Nanny" subscription, which I have taken up to try out the premium features and work out whether I will need these in the future. These include a barking alert, a 15 second highlight of the day, a person alert, a dog alert barking; activity alerts; a selfie and cloud recording.I am really pleased with the quality of the camera both day and night vision and the panning capability. Another feature which is really useful if being able to use the microphone button to talk to my dog.The treat tosser is a great feature although I have to admit my dog doesn't get that many treats. She understood how it worked pretty quickly.The design is sleek and modern and will fit in on any surfaces. I have chosen to site it on a kitchen worktop.It is a bit on the expensive side and I'm unsure yet whether paying a monthly subscription will be necessary. However, it has some excellent features and certainly gives me peace of mind.

Overall love this product. Love being able to keep an eye on my puppy when she's in her crate and it's helping her be trained to be alone. However, sometimes the treat misfires (if the puppy moves after you've aligned the aim and shot the treat, the delay means the treat goes somewhere else). If it doesn't go into her crate properly, she ends up very frustrated trying to get it through the bars. I kind of don't want to use the treat function when I'm not home to grab the treat for her now!

This camera tracks my cat very well and the app is easy to navigate. No complains about the camera quality. The set up was a bit complicated but the Furbo support team was very quick and helpful.Downgraded to 2 stars because the recent update (end of 2024) is so bad. The meowing and other Furbo nanny notifications are all over the place and very unreliable. It hasn’t been working properly for around 3 months now. These used to work fairly well until around Nov 2024 when the ai integration happened. I wouldn’t recommend buying this camera.

Amazing, amazing product. It’s helped me so much since I’ve got it and I’m running a couple of days. I’m going to be out tomorrow night and I have a dog that has separation anxiety and also a dog that has seizures and it be fab to be able to watch and make sure that they are okay so I can just run home if something goes wrong. The downside about is that you had to pay three months subscription, which is fine. However, apart from that, I have no issues with the camera. I don’t understand why people were complaining about silly little things.

The media could not be loaded. This smart pet camera is absolutely amazing!!! It’s really very easy to set up and we have absolutely loved watching and interacting with our cat using it. The process is good IMO for what you’re getting, and whilst you need a subscription to be able to interact with your pet I still think it’s really good value for money. The picture quality is good too and it’s so easy to save photos and videos straight to your phone from the app.

So cute, works well BUT u need to pay for subscription.Anyways, I pay for the subscription and we love it and watch my dogs all day.

My 6-month-old puppy, which I'm raising on my own, was not happy being left alone in the daytime. She would go crazy. I could leave her with a chew or a kong but that would last at most 10 minutes. I needed to leave her alone for an hour or two at a time.This is a great device that allows me to leave her alone with confidence. The treat firing ability works really well with the 0.5cm treats I use. It will fire anywhere from 1-5 treats at once, which as long as I don't fire them out too regularly is okay. I aim the treats to be fired on her bed, so when they fire she has a snuffle around for a few mins to find them. I have used this treat firing to create a positive association for her to be left alone. Now if I leave the room, she instantly goes and looks at the camera waiting for a treat. She basically stares at the camera most of the time I'm out. It is her God. She still doesn't love being left alone (as you would not expect a young puppy to), but at least she is quiet and calm. The camera is good quality for a live camera and is perfectly good enough to see what she's up to. The only negative i could really say is i have had two or three times when the treats have not fired as they got jammed in the mechanism. This is obviously not ideal, but hasn't happened often enough for it to be a huge problem.There are quite a few features in the app, and there is a subscription mode that offers some interesting features like saving clips of what your dog gets up to throughout the day. I found I didn't need any of that. The camera does have a mic so you can hear what's going on which is useful. You can also speak to your dog, but presumably, because my voice is not coming from me, the most reaction I get when trying to give commands or even say her name is a slightly bemused head tilt.I would say if you're looking for a solution to leave your dog alone then this is an absolute life-saving bit of kit.
