Updated Review:After looking into the different waterproof levels, these headphones are perfect for rainy workouts or outdoor activities. The sound quality was amazing (before I broke them), and had good bass. You could hear your surroundings while still listening to audiobooks or music. Just please don’t be me, and wear them swimming. Also, shout out to Sunny for providing high quality customer service and explaining the different waterproof levels to me!Original Review:I wanted to be able to swim while listening to music underwater, and these were advertised to get the job done. Well, it got it half done. One swim and they broke, i could have sworn i picked waterproof. The sound would turn off when underwater and turn back on above water. Listening to choppy music did not help my swim. I even put them under my swim cap to keep water out but it didnt work. Gonna keep looking, but if you like activities that are above water then these are perfect.

It surprised me how comfortable these were. They don't rub hard against my ear like others do. They connect to my devices very fast and the controls are responsive. The customer service is extraordinary. They contacted me to make sure I was happy with the headphones months after my return date. That says a lot about a company when they reach out like that. Sound is pretty good for this price point. I mainly use them for late night TV viewing so I can still hear everything going on at night and the TV. Would buy these again.

This headset was easy to pair and set up with my iPhone. It’s really a 3 star product but I gave it an extra star because you cannot beat the price. It has decent battery life, I’ve been on 4 one hour runs with it and haven’t had to charge yet which is a plus. I have had Beats Pro buds, air pod generation 1,2 and all of them are much better sound quality but I don’t like running with them in for fear of getting ran over by a car even when the buds are in transparency mode. This headset beats that feature any day. The limit of this headset comes with sound intensity, past about 50% volume output the sound is coming more from the speaker to my ear canal through the air instead of conducting through the skull. I’ve used the $160 version of bone conduction headsets and they manage this much better. The expensive ones were also more comfortable but I’m a sucker for a good deal so I’ll stick with these for now, they serve the safety purpose well and fit decently enough. I wish they hugged the back of my head better, I feel like some sort of an adjusting band would make these a true 4 star product and they can fix the sound leaking to the air and they’ve easily got a 5 star product. I recommend them for running for sure, they don’t fall out like buds.

I have many pairs of these, they are all in shambles. I really wanted to like these and they sound alright. But here I am shopping for headphones again, I'm down to my last pair. They have fallen apart due to glue failure 2 pairs, broken under mild pressure 1 pair, and 2 pairs have stoped taking a charge. I like to keep atleast 2 pairs for daily activities but all things considered and now with a very unworthy price increase. I can not continue with this product.

Update: After posting my initial review (see below) the seller contacted me. Their efforts to address my concerns have resulted in me upgrading my review to 3 stars. I would give the seller more stars but I don't want that to be misleading for people looking to buy these bone conduction headphones. For that particular product, my 2 star review stands. However, the seller suggested I try a similar product, EP03, although they are NOT bone conduction. These are open-ear headphones, two separate pieces that wrap around each ear and set near the ear opening, not in it. I had been skeptical but am pleased with the product overall. They give the same open ear experience but it does not have the big loop around the back of the head that was so uncomfortable on the original headphones. Also, though the call quality was described as bit "tinny", the quality far surpassed the bone conduction headphones. It took a bit to get used to the controls, and it is missing a "skip back" or "previous" option, but I'm pleased with this other option. If you're looking for an open ear headphone, I suggest you check out the seller's other options. It doesn't have to be bone conduction to give you good sound quality.Initial Review for these bone conduction headphones 2 stars: While it says these are adjustable, the adjustment entails pulling the sides together a bit, which does not fix the problem that the loop sticks out too far in the back. If you're wearing a coat or a collared shirt, these are constantly being hit. They also sit uncomfortably around the top/front of the ear and I have to take them off and massage the area. The call quality is absolutely terrible. I can hear people just fine but they cannot understand me and I have to disable these when I take a call. The buttons are okay, but the main button in the middle SHOULD be slightly different or bigger. They are all close to each other, and with the small size I am constantly hitting the wrong button. Sometimes, even when I manage to hit the right button, they don't seem to connect as the music does not start or pause. I previously bought a similar pair a year before (similar $) but those are no longer available on Amazon. They were comfortable, responsive, and the call quality was great. I know there are good quality bone conduction headphones at a low price, but these are not. The only plus is that I can hear the music, caller, or audiobook just fine.
