Best of the best
I have used about a dozen different brands of pump backpacks and about 4 different brands of battery operated backpacks and this brand is by far the best! They occasionally need a little servicing depending on how much use they get, but the performance of these is SO MUCH better than anything else on the market that it's absolutely worth it. It does have a few drawbacks that I haven't been thrilled about but it's still worth it. The lids have gotten progressively better over the years because they used to break every easily, but again, it's worth it for the performance. I don't like filling it up beyond 3 gallons because it does leak a little if when it shoshes.I wouldn't use any powdered or water soluble granular products because you really need a proper serviceable/replaceable diaphragm pump for those kinds of products. I would also steer clear of glyphosate with these.

Pay a just few extra dollars for quality !
So much better to pay just a few dollars more with sprayers !Unpacking was easy, the battery needs to be charged before use so, while I was getting familiarized with the sprayer and doing the minor assembly, the battery was charging !Everything is very well made and I'm looking forward to using this for years to come.Would recommend this sprayer !

Outstanding
Update .. IBought one 28 moths ago .. the pump motor is now dying .. however I use it for my pest control buisness .. so I’d say 16 hours a week run time @ 2 years for $300 .. I’m super happy .. it Gave me a great 2 years 1,500 hours of use .. just bought a second one .. and cool that the price came down $50 .. love the brass fittings .. that’s a major plus for long term dependable quality product .. please don’t go Cheap flow zone and I’ll keep buying every 1,500 hours of use

Don’t waste money thinking you’re saving money.
I’ve spent a lot of money on cheap sprayers over the years that always fail shortly after buying. This solved my issue. Easy to use and setup. Battery life is good.

Didn't turn on
I attempted to prime/calibrate the pump. I turned the switch to #1, heard a brief grinding sound then nothing. Did a 2-hr. battery charge again and installed the five green bar battery-turn on the pump – nothing. The manual internet references resulted with the message “could not find page.” The manual did not match my sprayer. Looked for an update manual- no joy. The sprayer was easy to assemble. The quick connectors were difficult to place in their holders. Two of the quick connectors were plastic. Not sure if I will reorder the Cyclone3.

Worth every penny!
I have been battling the ole pump up sprayers for far too long. I got sick and tired of having to peace together broken wands and tips, which are plastic. The last straw was a Chapin sprayer I purchased last summer ($40+) that the plastic handle cracked with less than a years use. I did end up ordering a steel wand off of here, but I spray so much that I needed to step up.I have to spray for ants and grass/weed control quite often, so I read the reviews for most of the most common backpack sprayers. This unit seemed to have the best reviews. The upgrades for this Cyclone 3 really showed me that these guys will go the distance to please customers. Sure, $260 is a lot of money for a sprayer until you actually get it and use it. Once you use it, you will be more than satisfied for spending the money. The construction of the unit alone shows that no corners were cut.Yes, I will need to get a year or two on this unit to really know what I have. But first impression of the Cyclone 3 are more than great. Go ahead and spend the money. You will be pleased when you squeeze the trigger.

Best sprayer I’ve owned
I’ve tried them all, this is the best backpack sprayer I’ve ever used. Consistent pressure, no pumping, and long battery life.
