I picked up these merino wool socks to keep my feet warm during the colder months, and they've been fantastic. The material is soft and doesn't cause any itching, which I appreciate. They provide just the right amount of warmth without making my feet feel sweaty.​Whether I'm out for a walk or relaxing at home, these socks have kept my feet comfortable. They fit well and stay in place throughout the day. I've also noticed that they don't retain odors, even after extended wear.​Overall, these socks have been a great addition to my wardrobe for the winter season. They're comfortable, warm, and hold up well after multiple washes.

These are the warmest and softest socks that I've ever owned. I'm diabetic and have neuropathy in my feet and legs. I can't tell when my feet get cold, especially the right one. I got the two different sizes to see which is better for me. My shoe size is USA 13. These socks have already outperformed any other wool socks I have. The folks at my nursing home have already bought a set, too. EXCELLENT QUALITY. Limited shrinkage. The look goes great with black, grey, and dark grey. They are easy to put on and stretch just enough to feel snug. Also, no holes have developed, even with my limited walking around.

I use these socks for cold weather cycling. I figured I couldnt' go wrong with the price but these are a very pleasant surprise - soft, warm comfortable - who could ask for anything more! IT was odd getting them in a flat box, and at first I thought they might be too large. But I followed their instructions to run them in the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes, and sure enough, they shrunk a bit and 'fluffed" out. I wear an 11.5 shoe but I bought XL since socks in "my" size are a little harder for me to put on. They fit perfectly and go over my heel easily.Edited to add - I liked these so much I ordered them again, only with M-L. A lot of things I get off Amazon seem to be sized a bit smaller, but these are sized to fit. Both sets are comfortable and warm, but you should be okay following the size guideTruth be told, these deserve a 5 star rating, but from my past experience, a lot of 5 star ratings are bogus, and a lot of 1 star ratings are rants about something not related to the product. So I look for reviews from 2 to 4 stars. This is a great deal and I'm thinking of ordering more.

I’ve tried many different wool socks, including 100% Merino wool (which are warm, but don’t last well), but these socks are by far the best. They have somehow managed to get just the right blend of warmth, comfort, and durability that no other socks have.

10/10 recommend for anyone in need of a thick, warm, and comfortable pair of socks. I ordered 2 packs of these 2 years ago and to my surprise, they are still going strong after daily use. I work construction so they get their fair share of abuse. I’ve also used them snowboarding for 2 seasons now. Still no holes or any real sign of wear. It’s actually almost unbelievable coming from someone who is notorious for putting holes in the heels of every pair of socks I’ve ever owned. If these ever finally crap out on me I’ll be ordering more for sure.
