Product well packaged. Easy to setup. Easy to pair with my iphones and computer. Nice storage bag. Comfortable to wear and unit does a great job cancelling noise. Crisp and clear audio. Support website easy to navigate.

I ordered one of these, and the microphone was so broken that it had 3% volume no matter what you did with it. The replacement is also an epic piece of garbage, while my sound quality in my ears is good, the audio from the microphone is complete trash. It would be acceptable if it were $18, but not $180. As an added benefit, when you are using the microphone, it echos your own audio back to your own ears.I can see that since HP purchased Plantronic and Polycom, they have sent the brands down the toilet, and didn't even bother to give a courtesy flush. The shareholders and HP executives should be forced to communicate with these terrible devices in their own private level of Hades.

I’ve been using this headset for 2 days now and I’m already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touch—it looks clean on my desk. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose this one.

I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache... thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can't hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven't tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in.

Excellent sound, comfy for long meetings, and works perfectly with Teams and Zoom. The noise-canceling mic is clear, and the charging stand is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, it didn’t work with Genesis Cloud, so check compatibility before buying.

Love this headset. My initial headset was wired and the sound quality wasn’t the best. This one functions great wirelessly, has great range, good sound quality, and the battery life is quite impressive. The mic also works really good, never hear complaints of poor outgoing sound quality.

The charger port no longer works. The cord going in the charger ripped. I only used it twice in the time ive had it. Mute button is now going out of the headset and sometimes noise cancelling and other times it’s not.
