I’ve been using this headset for 2 days now and I’m already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touch—it looks clean on my desk. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose this one.

I ordered one of these, and the microphone was so broken that it had 3% volume no matter what you did with it. The replacement is also an epic piece of garbage, while my sound quality in my ears is good, the audio from the microphone is complete trash. It would be acceptable if it were $18, but not $180. As an added benefit, when you are using the microphone, it echos your own audio back to your own ears.I can see that since HP purchased Plantronic and Polycom, they have sent the brands down the toilet, and didn't even bother to give a courtesy flush. The shareholders and HP executives should be forced to communicate with these terrible devices in their own private level of Hades.

I’ve been using the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset for a few weeks now. The sound quality is excellent, and the noise-canceling mic makes my voice clear even in noisy environments. I love that it connects easily to both my computer and phone via Bluetooth. The battery lasts a long time, and the charging stand is a nice touch. Works perfectly with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The only downside is that it can feel a bit tight after wearing it for several hours. Overall, a great headset for remote work.

I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset.The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too.The sound is clear and background noise doesn't come through for folks I'm talking to.The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on.The only reason I docked it a star is that if I'm on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

This was a great headset while it lasted. Battery life was great, and it did an awesome job of canceling out any background noise while I was taking calls. Unfortunately, after a couple years, the headset has started to give me problems and I’ve found myself using a Logitech wired headset instead on a few occasions. Lately the headset mic has been cutting out so people are telling me that they can’t hear me or they hear static but when I change the headset the issue is resolved. I probably would not buy again because the cost is so expensive to be having issues so soon.

Previously, I used different other brands, but I was not as satisfied with them as possible, when I got Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset & Charge Stand, I felt really high quality and at the moment Poly is my daily assistant and friend. Very good communication range, long battery life, high quality. In the market of such devices, Poly ranks #1 in terms of quality and price. I no longer need to look for such a device because Poly is the best product and replaced everything for me than I used before. I recommend it to everyone!
