You need to rebalanced it first.
When getting the sisigad hoover board out of packaging hold the on button for 7 seconds until the 2 blinkers on front of board simutanasley blink also making sure it is level in the middle and turn off and back on you will be good too go.

Missing parts
Bought as a Christmas gift. Hoverboard has been used. Went to build go kart but for it and missing screws. Asked for screws and advised had to send everything back even though my son is using it. Shocking only wanted the 3 missing packets of screws. Nothing done and shocking service. Would not recommend very cheap product

Nice looking board, but there were bolts missing from the seat assembly, and on Christmas morning with an excited grandchild, I had no choice but to scavenge around the house to find something to fit. I should have checked it out before Christmas, then I could have sent it back. The battery life doesn't seem that good it goes flat after about 15 minutes of use. Would I recommend it, No
