Foam roller
Decent foam roller if you want one with indents. Realised after getting this that I prefer the smooth roller but may be down to personal preference.

Perfect roller for those muscle aches and tensions. Different areas of the roller can add or decrease intensity. Well used for all my running, would highly recommend

I’m sure if I persevered I would feel the benefit of it but I found it to bumpy to use should have gone for a smoother one.

I haven't used it a lot but it feels good when used but not keen on the grooves in it. Not a bad price and nice colour!
