I am very pleased with this purchase. I’m not sure yet what health benefits I am receiving but I have done my research on mushrooms and Turkey Tail is one of the best for immunity. That said, I LOVE having this powder in my coffee every morning! It makes my coffee taste a bit “earthy”, very rich! I thoroughly mix a 1/3 tsp (measuring spoon available here on Amazon) in with my powdered collagen before adding my coffee and cream. I found it doesn’t mix well into liquid but this method works perfectly.

Using it for health benefits so may take awhile to know. I do like the way it changes the taste of my coffee and tea, gives both a deeper flavor. I use it hot drinks but can't say it will mix good in cold as it does take awhile to dissolve in my coffee. I steep my tea and and to my tea ball so that works fine. As far as energy not sure if this contributes or it's just the caffeine. Seems good quality to me but never used before?

Make your own mushroom coffee with this product.The container it comes in is not waterproof. It's a very good idea for consumers ziploc this item.

I bought this product because my vet told me to get it for the type of cancer that my dog has so over the course of the year I have been using other products and honestly I've been less than impressed. So the last time I ordered a product this came instead and all I can say is wow. This product has made such an impact on my dog it is absolutely incredible. Any lesion sores that she has have disappeared. I am now on auto ship with this product I wouldn't want to be without it again. Especially since my dogs life depends upon it.
