Really surprised at how little two of these cost.Tiny cracks in the wooden surround where it was banged in transit.They are stylish and slick looking.However, the fake leather/vinyl is very soft, but so far they are ok.Don’t know how long they would last with small children though. They would tear through that vinyl with a fork within two weeks.But with care, they will last as long as you look after them.Easy to put together following the instructions.Seem sturdy and are a decent height, with the all important foot cross bar.They look really stylish and with a soft damp cloth are wipeable.They are finished with a varnish of some sort, but thinking of giving them another coat of varnish, just to ensure it is ‘proofed’ against wet hands and general sticky and wet kitchen stuff.Can’t ask for more for the price really.I’d have liked real leather and mahogany ones, but you get what you can afford!!Four stars just cos the vinyl is very soft.But if you look after the vinyl it’ll be ok.

A well built and great looking bar stool. Assembly was easy and they feel sturdy & comfortable.I think they have been a great addition to the new kitchen area.Would recommend 👍

The media could not be loaded. Initially thought these were OK for the money, but after 8 months of use by only me and occasional visitors, the frame is wobbling - the joint where the round legs attach to the seat cross members are failing.Contacted the seller to (politely) ask if there was a warranty on them. The response was that they are 8 months old and its fair game for them to fall apart in that time - absolutely NO interest in customer care or service.I’d avoid these Barstools and the Seller.**Update**Seller contacted me following posting of this Review and offered a replacement set of legs, but i’d need to pay the postage costs!The build quality of the Ella is pretty poor - a mortise and tenon joint pushed together with no glue… No wonder they wobble after a while!As replacement legs will almost certainly fail again in a few months, asked the seller if a set of Bailey legs could be sent as they don’t have the same design. Told they don’t fit - I’m sure the swivel plates will be a standard size?!
