I just got mine in the mail and tried it as soon as it came in. The texture is very soft. As if you're eating a cloud lol. Reminds me of the pixie stick candy but softer. It melts in your mouth and the taste is amazing. To me it tastes like the orange Creamsicle ice cream.

I’m typically a skeptic when it comes to probiotics bc I’ve tried multiple brands but never noticed any difference. My mom brought this back from Korea and I took it everyday for almost 2 weeks and I fairly quickly noticed very regular, healthy bowel movements. I don’t have bad bowel habits but this increased the healthiness of it — I don’t know how else to describe it. But definitely worth trying and seeing if it works well with your body. It does for mine and I’ll keep using this specific brand. I know they have others like a yellow one, etc, but I honestly have no idea what the difference is. But I’ll stick to what works!
