Granddaughter had them from age 6 but I think they'd be ok for younger or older. They're really comfortable and easy to use.

Could these be used in a 3 year old?

An adult would have to put them in, and I recommend a cap or band to reduce fiddling, but they should be fine. Note that they are very sticky at first, but they loose stickiness after using several times, so be sure to have fresh ones available. All the best!

Is this good for a 1 year kid?

Yes they should’ve you can mould it into any shape and even take some off if too much.

Need these for swim lessons - will my child be able to hear the instructor?

My granddaughter used them all the time to avoid ear infections. She never seemed to have any problem hearing the instructor.
