It works!
I used this massage ball to relieve muscle stiffness in my feet and around sacroiliac joints.

It's a ball, it helps
The media could not be loaded. This cork ball does help with self foot massage, obviously not as effective as a pair of hands, but this does help.Comes with a small net drawstring bag for storage. At around £9 it's not bad value.

Pretty hard on the skin
A bit small and very hard for my sensitive feet. Prefer to use tennis balls. However, if you like cork material, it will be perfect.

A solid cork massage ball - works well on the neck muscles
As someone who suffers from tightness of neck and shoulder muscles on my right hand side I got this to see if it would help with relieving this. After two days of use I can feel a difference on my neck. The cork ball is mid way between a golf ball and a tennis ball in size and due to the fact that it is made from cork it doesn't slip from your grasp when it is either against your skin or being used through clothing.I also like the fact that it comes in a little cotton pouch and you can carry it easily with you to use.Another advantage of a cork massage ball is that you only use the pressure you can cope with without getting any sharp jabs from using your thumbs or fingers to massage the muscles allowing you to relax fully whilst you roll the ball over the affected area.

Been very helpful for gentle massage
This cork ball is roughly palm sized or slightly smaller, and has a soft, firm feel. It compresses slightly when squeezed, which makes it really good for a soft, gentle massage, as you can keep the ball firmly in place and roll it without applying too much pressure. The pictures that come with the ball also suggest using it to apply pressure to the soles of your feet - this was not at all effective for me personally, but maybe there was a mistake in my technique.Using it as a roller on my hands and legs, and placing it under my back while lying down were all much better and as someone who is getting a little older and frequently has minor aches and pains, this was a really useful intervention.I have a few other different tools like this one, and they all fit different roles, but overall I was quite satisfied with the Level cork ball. One piece of advice though is that it also has a very light woody aroma that is pleasing, and it is very absorbent so it picks up any fragrance you might be wearing. As a result the ball has started to smell a little perfumed to me, and I'd recommend using it after a shower, before going to bed, to keep the smell neutral. The price is a little higher than I had expected, but after looking around, this seems to be the general standard for such products, and I was very satisfied with the quality and experience.

Sure beats a golf ball for working out muscle knots by yourself!!
Having had a bunch of shoulder problems this year, I was shown how to use a golf ball by my physio to self-target muscle knots/ pain at home. This is a brilliant upgrade, it’s big enough to use on bigger muscles (shoulders, knees/ thighs etc) but small enough that it can be used for muscle trigger release. Ie: releasing muscle tension / pain. The golf ball was always a pain - just too small & it would often hurt to lie on for trigger release. This slightly larger size means that I can lie on it for longer and feel like I am not likely to bruise myself (unlike a golf ball which is so hard). Also it means that if you can position it in approximately the right position on your body, you’ll get massage benefits, vs needing to precisely position a smaller golf ball (otherwise you can spend 1/2 your time trying to get your body into exactly the right spot to target exactly the right muscle or tendon) — this is just easier to use/ roll about on.Easy 5* rating from me. The little bag is kind of cute if you want to pack it away and stop it rolling about in a cupboard.

massage ball helps reduce tension
I’ve only had this a couple of days and I love it. I get bouts of cramp in the back of my calf’s and rolling this backwards and forwards really relaxes (or stretches) the muscles and sinuses and have helped a lot.Being cork it is light and fairly soft and easy to move around. I’ve since been using on my neck and back, it feels very satisfying to use. OK it’s not rocket science but it’s simple and not to bulky. The only bit that is a bit iffy is the bag, which is ok, but I don’t think it will last long. I’ve started using my own bag, so that sorted that problem. The other problem I have with it is my wife has started using it, she has pain in the soles of her feet and has taken it over. Can’t do a lot about that though, so I’ll have to get her one of her own.

Smaller than expected
Smaller than expected and feels tricky to get in the right spot. The product itself has a good quality and it's conveniently stored in a pouch. I found it difficult to use when massaging myself.
