Would these fit a velo 55 mudguard with 27.5 inch wheels

hmmm probley not ! i have 700c tyres on a hybrid bike

Do these fit 26" wheels

My wheels are 700c and had to be loosened slightly to fit so I would imagine perfect for 26”. They are only suitable to be used with the appropriate SKS mudguards though!
