This is a good quality product, easy to put on and very confortable. The combination of heat and vibration release the tension and pain. I see the results when I stretch and noticed how the knee movement range has improved and the reduction of the pain when flexing the knee. I had pain on my left knee for several years, not damage requiring surgery but enough to limit stances requiring me to bend the knee. Since I got this knee brace I have noticed significant improvement in few days.

Vibration is just the right amount. I wish it was a little warmer, but it is enough to make my knee joint relax. I love that it is battery powered. I charge it every morning and put it on at night after work. I love that can move around untethered by cords and not have to take it off. Velcrostraps make it easy to adjust tightness. Very relaxing for my knee after being on it all day.

I bought this due to new knee instability and a desire to do what I can to help my body. My right knee was worse. Initially I started with copper fit knee braces, and was then able to get around pretty good, I even did some trail hiking with poles.Then I added daily treatments with these infrared knee massages. I started with level 1 and moved up to level 2. I use the. Daily at bed time. The heat, vibration and white noise feel good on my knee and I find the experience calming..It’s hard to know how much the infra red is helping for sure, but my knees are definitely improving. I have less instability and stopped wearing the braces, and am even jogging a very little bit on trails near my house when walking my dog. (Just short spurts). I really am glad I made the investment and will continue to use these indefinitely.

This product really works! Definitely help my sore aching knees feel better. It fit perfectly. The vibration levels work great as sometimes you only want a small amount of vibration, the settings are spot on. Heat level is adjustable as well. And with the auto shut off feature you never get too much. Highly recommended!

I love this device! It's really helped with my knee pain. It has 6 red light intensity settings, and 3 vibration options. I usually use the highest light/heat level. The charge on the battery lasts for atleast 6 uses, and fits not just the knee, but also comes with extra attachments to use for any other part of your body. I am very satisfied with this purchase and certainly believe it's worth every penny 😊
