They offered to help with zero issues at all. Note that I never reached out for support, THEY went above and beyond to reach out to me to ensure I was a happy customer. Though this product didn’t work for me personally, there’s a lot of people it does help, therefore I recommend purchasing this product from this seller purely for the exceptional customer service experience. Great customer service, I cannot speak enough to how wonderful it was!Original review:Honestly this product doesn’t help the way I was hoping it would. My 1yo still manages to dump water all over my floor with ease with my 5yo. The only thing it’s good for is storage for their toys because we have an oval shaped tub so the toys can sit on it. Other than that it was a waste of money. I’m past the return date but if I could I’d return it :/

This was worth every penny. We don’t have to carry 3 sopping wet towels through the house anymore bathtime! It’s sturdy and hasn’t come off yet & my kids can be pretty rough. I paid the extra money too because it’s made in here in the U.S. & I’m so glad I did. I debated about it for months but should have ordered sooner.

I hesitated for awhile on getting this and I shouldn’t have I love it it lets the kids have more room to play on the edge of the tub keeps my floors dry the suction cups are strong and hold it in place well it’s not hard to remove when needed though super easy to clean soap and water rinse with the shower head I like the gray color my son loves doing his science experiments with flasks and bath fizzy tabs don’t hesitate just get it you will love it and so will your children

It didn’t fit my tub perfectly bc the vanity is in the way of centering it in the middle of the tub but u can unscrew the suction cups and move them to make it work.only issue is the screws are about 1/8” too long so they pushed through the plastic slightly thats the only reason i gave it 4 stars. the kid loves it and no more water to mop up after bath time.

I’ve had this product in my wish list for months and I finally took plunge and got it. It’s longer than I imagined and the box it’s shipped in is comically long but it makes sense. I’m a mom who’s stressed over water splashing and dripping off the tub while they played on the ledge of it. ONLY because we are in a rental and we can’t have water damage. The suction cups are fantastic and have stayed on. We’ve had it for over a month and I haven’t had to readjust it. Easy to clean and set up. We just leave it on the tub and climb over it when it’s adults time to shower, it’s not too wide. Worth every penny!

This product has saved my bathroom floor. My kid loves to play in the bath but unfortunately would mimic a humpback whale. Water everywhere to the point of me worrying about damage to my floor. I was concerned this product may not adhere well but so far after several weeks of use, it easily comes off for cleaning and then re-adheres for play. Its easy to use and even has an option for curved tubs. It was expensive, but in my opinion, well worth the money.

It’s okay. Kind of gets the job done, but comes off the tub easy.
