I want to update my previous review. The company immediately got back with me regarding the issue I was having. The only thing they asked was for a picture of the items. I sent the picture, and they agreed to send me 3 new phones. Later, they sent me a message with a photo showing me a tiny button under a flap on the side of the phone. That was the power switch. There is also a on off button on the opposite side of the phone. I was trying to use the on off button to turn the phone on but had not yet discovered the power button. User era, not phone issue.I purchased 3 of these for my 3 granddaughters for Christmas. As I was getting ready to wrap them, I decided to open it and charge the phone so it would be ready when they opened it. After being on a charger for hours none of the 3 phones would turn on. We put them back on the charges and still nothing. Since I start shopping in Oct. the window for return was closed. So, I am now stuck with over 100.00 dollars of a product that doesn't work. We also, purchased 2 of the blue phones. Both of them worked fine.

Bought as Christmas gift for my granddaughter who was ecstatic. It works great and our family likes that it's programmed with educational games and the fact that they can capture videos and pictures. It's heart warming and funny to see the pictures they take especially the selfies! 😂 Would recommend but would advise to buy screen savers.

Worst kid toy I ever bought. Literally broke in a matter of a couple weeks for no reason. Literally just stopped turning on and decided to stop working overnight.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter 4 yrs old. She loves it. She can take pictures record videos play games. She really thinks she has a phone. The casing is very durable. she has dropped it a lot and it’s been passed around at daycare . Battery life is good and charges quickly.

I bought this for my little girls ages 3, 4, and 6 and they all can play games and take pictures or videos of each other. I love how the phone comes with apps already installed on their for games or listen to music! I'm grateful that they came with a screen protector and silicone case with a necklace string attachment for them to keep up with it. I will definitely be buying again... Glad I bought these!! The battery life is great it's also very easy for my kids to understand and it can also help my kids to learn. The quality of this product is strong and durable. The gift value is just around my price range and last but not least it's cute!!

My grandson loves he phone. The only thing I would suggest is that it had the ability to make calls and connect to wifi.

Once opening the phone was slow and kept freezing, it does not work how it is suppose to at all. Would not recommend this brand or product at all.. it was a waste of money and had to order a whole new one
