BIG and BULKY and BEAUTIFUL
The main drawback to this product is the size. It is a little bulkier than a typical travel pillow, and certainly creates some trouble when you're packing and traveling. However, it WORKS. I love the sling--it keeps me compact in an airline seat, and keeps me from having to constantly readjust my pillow.

Great while using but so bulky.
I really liked it for the comfort and because the arm sling held it in place- no more slow slipping off the shoulder. Great design and quality. My flight allowed only one personal item (my fault for buying the cheapest tickets). No room for it in the personal item. I had to drape it over the shoulder like a crossbody bag in the airport and while boarding/deboarding.For long travels, make sure your ticket includes an overhead carry-on bag as well as the personal item so it can be stored until needed. My cheap airline seats were so cramped and uncomfortable that from now on, I vow only to fly business class with seats that lie flat for long transatlantic flights. Yes, it will be $$$ but too old to be miserable. So I may not need the pillow anymore.

Freaking Awesome... just hard to haul around on the trip
Aloha! I'm giving it a five for comfort, design and for getting us through 9.5 hr flight to Europe. I think these would be great for a non-stop connection and single destination. They are a bit cumbersome to haul around airports and even more so jaunting around Europe for three weeks. However, the dread of traveling home the same 9 hrs convinced me to keep packing it around. A couple of into the trip we almost opted to re-gift it to someone leaving that day so we wouldn't have to keep hauling it around but inevitable we kept it and two hours into the return flight we decided it was worth it. I'm going to try to redesign the drawstring back to fit tighter and be less bulky. Also, getting on the flight on the way home the gate agent said that my small 22" suitcase and small day-sac backpack counted as my two items and the Dream sling hanging from the suitcase handle was a third item. (Strange as the guy in front of me had an oversized carry on that was bulging with stuff and a backpack that was big enough for everything I had would have fit into yet she picked on me as I had three small things.) Anyway, rules are rules so I crammed the dream sling inside my hoodie like I was pregnant right in front of her and staring at her with a dead serious face said, "I identify as a 65 year old pregnant grandmother" with a straight face. She waved me on and didn't say a word. My husband who was wearing his Dream sling as if it were a backpack looked at her and said, "Me too" So mahalo nui for your great and comfortable design & creativity.

Best sleep on the plane!
I got this for my international flights that were est to be about 10-12 hours. Knowing how uncomfortable sleeping on a plane is, this helped support my head and arms and didn't feel I was leaning on the other seat with using this! I'm a side sleeper in bed so this was best for me as I've never been able to lean forward to sleep.

It's ok
I have every type of travel pillow. This one is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. It is soft but big.

I didn't like it
This product is big and bulky the arm sling is small so I just didn't prefer it but the cushion was great

The best pillow!
On my quest to find the best pillow for a long flight to Paris, I ordered many pillows and tried them all out. This one was way better than the rest! It’s very supportive of my head and not as expensive as some other pillows that didn’t do as good of a job. The material is soft.

By Bus and By Plane over thousands of Miles
I bought this to use on my Flight to the Philippines 17 hours there 14 hours back we also used the Dream Sling on a 10 hour Bus Ride....During my Flights and Bus Rides I was able to rest my head and get some sleep.....with good support so it performed wellBut its not perfect, its Big ...its Bulky its not compressible and it takes practice to even know how to put it on correctlyThe carry bag with draw string is cheap and not really helpful, I think there should be different size options available and it should be more compressible and you'd have a near perfect sleeping system.but right now I think most people would opt for a less comfortable neck pillow that can be compressed and packed away easily rather than dragging this large pillow around .To the Inventor of the Dream Sling I'd like to thank you for making this sleeping system ...while not perfect I hope you can improve on the design in the future :)
