Didn't turn out as expected but okah
Bleached my hair thrice but still some yellow tones had remained. The cerulean blue looks steel gray over my hair. Not very happy with the results. I guess have to go platinum blonde which is very difficult for black hair. I had previously used blue 🔵 from 2Oh! and that was awesome.I would suggest peeps with black hair to bleach upto level 9 and 10 (3-4 times bleach) done in a span of 2months before using this pastel blue.So sad it didn't turn out as expected.P.s. had ordered dual pack but received only one. Was compensated for that after complaint.
