Great system for up to two dozen users
Super Great little Unit. We have other locations, with other Panasonic PBX systems, and we needed a smaller system for a new remote office. This does the job well. All Panasonic PBX systems require Pana Dealers. Even our Panasonic dealer won't help us with this system because we did not purchase from them. Lucky for us, we know how this system works because we have other Panasonic systems at our other locations and we can manage this small unit ourselves. It is a rock solid system that never goes down.

Please be aware that to program this system via USB you need proprietary Panasonic software that cannot be downloaded online. And it doesn't come on the enclosed CD. Only a certified Panasonic dealer can install this system, and I had yet to find one that will either do it for free or provide the software.I have maintained two KX-TD816 systems that were easily programmed through the Panasonic software and it was generally available. But this replacement system is professional only. Unfortunately one D816 has failed and these aging units need a PBX upgrade.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT ARRIVED AND PARTS WERE MISSING. NEITHER AMAZON NOR THE MANUFACTURER COULD SUPPLY THE MISSING PARTS. I AM RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO AMAZON. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING.

This is a great deal at this price
This is a great deal at this price. Shipped overnight for my customer, came already registered with the latest software version installed ready to go in brand new condition. I have been a Panasonic tech for 15 years - this is a good deal. The bad reviews here don't make sense to me. "Missing Parts"? What parts?

Unit hasn't worked since we got it. Panasonic will only deal directly with dealers making service for the unit impossible when purchased through Amazon. Very frustrating.
