Take 3 of these on an empty stomach, and I would pair them with 5gms of creatine. Amazing pumps, and it helps with muscle retention and building as well. This one is very clean and have not experience any side effects. Already on my 4th bottle.

I bought this because my brother told me it would melt away the fat. It doesn’t. But the product arrived as scheduled.

It's been at least 3 months, and I've seen good results from this product. I notice an improvement in my body's endurance, better sleep, and my hands and feet are no longer cold. I waited a while to submit a review, wanting my body to fully absorb and see if I experienced any changes. Very satisfied with the results. Will continue using this supplement and recommend it to others.

So what guy wouldn't like improved blood flow whether working out in the gym, the rodeo arena or in the bedroom? I was disappointed that with all the good reviews, this product provided very little, or bordering on zero, benefit that I could observe. We've all got out own body chemistry and this one wasn't a match for mine. If you buy it, I encourage having modest expectations.
