I bought these after fat transfer from my thighs for breast reconstruction. I needed something that went below my knees for edema control and these are perfect, way better than my spanx that the surgeon recommended. Yes, they are teensy tiny when they come out of the box and I was worried that I would never get them on. It is a bit like a wrestling match, but if you’re patient and pull them up slowly, it’s completely worth it. Once they’re on, they are so comfortable. The crotch doesn’t ride down like on spanx - they stay put. The weave of the fabric and the level of compression make my legs feel like they are getting a massage. Highly recommend if you are post liposuction to thighs. I can’t speak to whether or not they are slimming since that is not what I got them for. I’m wearing them under snug pants right now and the fabric weave is not visible

These reminded me of the corded tights I wore as a child- abrasive to the skin, I’ll fitting and just overall uncomfortable:-(. I do not recommend purchasing these.

I am 4' 11" and 105 lbs so this garment fits well. It IS tiny but the stretch and quality is amazing. Movement in it is so easy and non-restrictive. I needed something that covers my knees and this does the trick. My only complaint is that it isn't tight enough! But you can't really expect more compression from this material. This garment is good for maybe 1-2 months post-op or for days you know you might need to move around more. I wore this every day for a month and no rips and maybe some minimal overstretch from the daily use.

As I said above they can get pulls in them and, I suppose, runners as well. They’re not like the more well known products. However, they did reduce the appearance of cellulite when I wore them under jeans. So, I’m happy with that. They’re tighter than shapewear I’ve worn before which I suppose is why they work well.

This is m second Farmacell product and I’m pleased. The Capri is small. I bought 2 sizes up after reading the reviews and it was perfect for giving the amount of compression I needed. I have a short torso so the high waist was too high. I was able to wear it under my workout Capri that is fitted and it was not noticeable. It actually hid my swellings very well. Pleased costumer

Of all the shape wear I have tried, this is by far the most comfortable and is providing the best results. I was concerned about the size since it was a small/medium, and smalls don't typically work for me in shape wear. However, once I wiggled my way into it (inch by inch literally LOL) it is sooooo comfortable and provides a smooth sleek look- especially important when wearing leggings because shape wear that ends above the knee show bumps and bulges which no longer appear when I wear this product from the torso on down!

I am a solid size 4/small (5’7” 135lbs) and needed this configuration for post lipo treatment. I ordered the small/medium and they are either sized too small or just made to be too tight. It was a real struggle to even get them on and even so, the crotch was hanging which is a terrible feeling. No amount of pulling corrected this. I am also quite small through the midsection with little to no fat however the top of these rolled down and created a huge and uncomfortable rubber band effect around my midsection. Just couldn’t wear them for so many reasons. I considered ordering the medium/large but the experience was so frustrating, I’m just going to look for actual Spanx. I will say the material feels soft which I liked :)

I bought this shapewear a size larger just in case and I do have to say I laughed my bloody butt off trying to put them on!! I hopped around the room hoping to get them pulled up! 🤣 I almost fell down, the crotch was at my thighs and would pull up no further and I walked like a darn penguin and literally couldn’t breathe Lol! Now I thought “how in the heck am I going to get these off to send them back😳 Well I barely managed! And almost fell down again! When finished, I told my husband and daughter about all my excitement I experienced for the first time putting on shapewear and they both fell down laughing hysterically!!
