I’ve been ordering this for some time but recently orders are not the same item the orig al one states that it’s a skin repair essence but the one you keep sending me is called snail 96mucin essence which is not I want .. the snail 96 has an oily feel to it and the Repair essence which sinks into the skin - have you changed the formula because the 96 isn’t the same as the repair essence?

This product is so horrible. Feels like water. Leaves the skin dry with no sign of hydration.

I have to admit, the packaging initially fooled me into thinking this snail mucin essence was a famous Korean brand. When I ordered it, I didn’t realise it wasn’t the original product. This essence claims to contain 96% snail secretion filtrate.I don’t mind companies creating dupes of more expensive products, especially when they manage to maintain similar formulations at a more affordable price. However, that’s not the case here. The consistency is noticeably thinner, and the formulation feels watered down. It provides some hydration, but it doesn’t lock in moisture as effectively or deliver the same results as the original.The price is much cheaper than the original on Amazon, but after this experience, I think I’ll stick to the real thing.
