Great Purchase
I hv bought this watch on May,2024 , from last week suddenly it's screen started flickering, service center in my city is closed , service engineers told me to contact on customer care phone number, I have been trying to call them but till now got no response .Please resolve my problem before my watch's warranty ends.Thank you

Worst experience
The media could not be loaded. Worst experience ever. please look the matter very seriously otherwise going to complaint according to Indian consumer Act. I was trying to talk with firebolt customer care but unable to reach out and much disappointed due to unreachable customer care.The product looks nice still regrets due to unthinkable condition within a few months used. This display and body are also built with very low quality and never expected like this. Fire Bolt Customer take it seriously.

I really love this product very much and the watch is beautiful, elegant , classic and comfortable. Really super watch recommend. The green glass and gem coating looks extremely modern, fits great on the hand. The strap is very comfortable. Color-wise it looks very stylish, I rate it 9/10. The watch has a veronese glass, it looks like a model for 10 times more 💚 I loved it 💫

Dial is not working or not starting
The media could not be loaded. I ordered fire boltt elemento watch racing edition and I receive this watch today but when I unboxing it the dial is not working properly. It is not starting, I try to charge it after again I try to start it but it couldn't start. Very Bad experience not expected like this very disappointed. I'm going to return or exchange it watch case is very good but watch is not starting or working

Good Aesthetic look
Even though it is an old model, I ordered it because of this gift-like product with stones. It took more than 8 hours at first to work properly I can understand since the watch was in the box for more than 2 years in ideal condition. Ordered for the aesthetic look (diamond cut display, Swarovski stone ). Don't expect many features
