These patches are a godsend. The don't cure painful knees but they do reduce the pain. The are far more economical than lotions as they last for 24hrs. The stick well so long as you wash and dry your knees first. My only quibble is that the backing is not always easy to peel from the patch. The smell strong but it is a pleasant herbal smell - the heat level is comfortable and they are an ideal size for knees but can also be cut into smaller pieces for other areas.

Very goodprice , quantity and delivery. Bought to relieve pain in knee after a fall.Really good and comfy to wear. Certainly helped with movement and pain relief. Sticks well but a bit uncomfortable to take off. Strong smell which I quite like. Easy to use.

The patches probably are good but I was allergic to the glue used on them and knee became inflamed but that just meI got a refund straight away

Arrived with no packaging other than a clear zip bag.No ingredients list. No safety warning. No instructions.I have used 4 patches... they make my knee tingle and feel cold. It certainly detracts from the pain. (rather like a tens-machine would.) They are a bit smelly but not particularly unpleasant.They stick well, but best under soft stretchy leggins or perhaps covered with tubigrip, as they roll at the edges and gradually crinkle.In the last 4 days I have unfortunately experienced lightheaded spells and dizzy spells. I have also felt bit wobbly. The most unusual was a migraine, which I haven't had for years. I realise this could be pure coincidence, but thought I should consult my pharmacist. The first thing he asked he asked was about the ingredients, which I can't say specifically as there's no packaging. I was advised to stop using the patches for knee pain....2 days now with no knee patches, nor any dizzy spells or headache 🤔I'll be returning the remaining patches.

I have been using these for my ankles as i have sprained my ankles and have bad pains from the ligments / joints or tendon sometimes.I would say they have been helping a little , I certainly do not wear them that long as its on instructionAs after 4/5hours + they do sometimes heat up a bit and feels like its burning each is what they supposed to do however in some spots for my ankle sprains it does not feel the best the heat , however for my tendon it does feel good .So i would say it depends if u need heat for muscle or cold , if heat then this patch is deffo it.My skin does not get any iritation from it but like i said the moment i feel some burning like feeling, each does not feel too good for my ankles , i take them off .They have very strong herbal scent tooI do feel less pain in my ankles when having them on each helps me in my journey to recover and stand this pain :)i will be buying these again for sureI didnt used them for nothing else except my ankles so far so unsure how any other body parts .

These wid herb patches have made walking for me enjoyable again, sceptical at first, put one on and the pain in my knee subsided greatly, I wear 24hrs and no longer get wrap during the night

Very simple, but can have great results. Good amount for cost and my ache has been. Lowered,, sometimes. Cleared, Completely.
