The BEST mechanical pencil!
The uni kuru toga pipe slide is way better than those low quality plastic ones - this one is great quality, feels great to hold. The design is beautiful, I love how the mechanism looks, the turning mechanism is really nice to write and sketch with. The pipe slide model has the W Speed engine, which means the turning mechanism is 2x the speed of the standard model, and there is a massive difference! Another pro is the 0.5mm lead - way better than 0.7 or 0.9 in my opinion, the sharp 0.5mm paired with the turning mechanism gives amazing handwring results. And it has worked with many different brands of lead.

The best mechanical pencil EVER!
This mechanical pencil is absolutely brilliant. It's almost like using a pen but with a pencil. As you write the lead rotates and pushes out the pencil just enough to write with.I wish I'd bought one of these mechanical pencils years ago. I'll never use a standard pencil or a "normal" mech pencil to write with again. I bought it at a great price too. Highly recommended

Lost cap almost immediately and can't buy a replacement
Bought this after reading lots of reviews. A great pencil, but once the cap was lost (it's colourless so easy to misplace) it was very difficult to extend the lead.Recommend the pencil, but colour the eraser cap so yours doesn't get lost too.

Awesome. Really do recommend.
Im not a super mechanical enthusiast. But ive had about 3-4 other brands most of them aluminium and im enjoying this mechanical the most of all the purchases before.I was a bit worried about it being made of a plastic body but its light weight, very sturdy and super comfortable.I use most days to scribble down sketches and write down notes at work.Im also pretty clumsy, dropping and stepping on this thing all the time and its not breaking or cracked. had it for a while now.The lead it from them also seems to stay in once piece as well which is super nice.really recommend this.

Fine pencil - but plastic-y with wobbly feel
This is a fine mechanical pencil, with two downsides: (1) due to the rotation mechanism the lead "wobbles" and creates a slightly unstable feel. (2) the pencil itself feels plastic-y.The feeling of writing with this pencil is somewhat similar to the PaperMate Non-Stop (yellow, with rotating tip), except that it keeps the lead sharper. The sharper lead is not as big an advantage as I thought it would be. On the whole, I prefer for my lead to be secured within the pencil, and default to my Rotring Tikky or Pilot H-325, both of which have metal components and feel much more secure.
