Got the item. Set it up, needed to pull up the metal strut a little higher. It was very stiff. I loosened the screws completely so that was not in the way. Still very stiff to pull up. Finally it pulled up, but then I noticed the right plastic bolt was cracked. just like that? Not good workman ship for the price.Not impressed.Ok, UPDATE: The seller sent me another one that wasn't broken and I was able to set it up fine for my G923 steering wheel and gears. It was pretty easy to set up and I was able to extend the bar easily this time. Extra screws are provided so you can screw in your pedals, gears, etc, although in this case I just clamped the steering wheel on.It's quite sturdy and holds its shape quite well. I have also been able to give it a try out on City Driving simulator and it really is much better than a standard shaky table. I never even noticed the wheel stand as I was driving; it held quite firmly. So that was good.It is foldable, BUT, if you use the extension to place the gear stick, you can't fold that away so you end up with that bit sticking out which blows the folding away easily part quote:"Easy Folding: With a collapsible structure, it can be easily stored even when not in use, saving space. No need to disassemble, just fold"No. You have to unscrew the gear stick extension, if you use gears, not `just fold` so beware that. They need to change that part of their ad. Of course if you don't use a gear stick then you won't even notice it.However because they replaced the whole thing for me no extra charge I will give them 5 stars for the service.

High quality tubular steel frame painted matted black. Really nice and sharp looking, I expected lawn chair quality for the price, but I was very pleased to get a sturdy stand that came fully assembled. Hardest thing was to attach my Logitech G29’s wheel and pedals as they are rather heavy and you have to find the sweet spot where all the holes and bolts align. Once assembled you get a sturdy stand that can easily get folded in or out. It comes with several Velcro strips for nicely strapping the steering wheel’s cables to the frame so they don’t dangle. The frame and steering wheel together are a bit heavy. I don’t think that an 8 year old would have trouble unfolding, but then again maybe.Mine came in pristine condition, no pieces missing and not damaged. Functions as described in the literature from the vendor. Also, shipping took two days to come to Texas from Illinois.I’m happy with this purchase, great value for the price.
