This product was good but it was not very soft cushion for the back. For someone looking for a softer cushion there are couple of other brands available in market which could be more comfortable to use. Company should focus on making it further softer so that it can be more comfortable to use.

Not useful or ergonomic. Pains the back.
The product is too stiff. Thickness is on the higher side, so back support is completely missing. It keeps pushing your back which results in back pain.
