Nice Basic Set
This set, although basic, has a decent amount of parts in it, which makes it a very playable product. It's a little stiff to get the straws into some of the balls, but kids can do it with a bit of persistence.Overall I feel that for around the £20 mark, it would make a good present. I think that some of the other reviews are a little harsh, considering the number of components you get for the price.Yes, it's not a premium product, but the kids had a good time playing with it.

Fun for creativity but not for forts
The Evoloo fort building kit is a fun and engaging toy for kids who love to build and create. While it offers plenty of pieces to encourage imaginative play, it doesn’t quite deliver on the promise of sturdy fort building. What I Loved:✔ Encourages creativity – Kids can design and build all sorts of structures, making it great for imaginative play.✔ Lots of pieces included – Plenty of sticks and connectors to experiment with different shapes and designs. What Could Be Better:✖ Not stable for larger builds – The structure becomes unstable when building anything bigger.✖ Small in size – The included sheet is too small to properly cover a built fort.✖ Straws bend too easily – The pieces aren’t strong enough to support a heavier cover like a blanket or bigger sheet.Overall, while this kit is great for building fun shapes and structures, it falls short as a fort-building set. If you're looking for something specifically for making forts, this may not be the best choice. However, for general creative play, it still offers some fun possibilities! 🏗️

imaginative fun
Gave this to my 7 year old daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. She found it a bit difficult to get the rods into the joints and needed a bit of help, this is because the holes in the joints are quite small and a little jagged, presumably this is to provide a good grip so the rods don't slip out so I don't think this is a quality issue but one of practicality, my 9 year old daughter was able to manage it without any problems. The 175 piece set provided enough pieces to make a good size den. The sheet included is a bit on the small side and not much good for covering a reasonable sized den but a bed sheet serves the same purpose.Overall a great toy to encourage imaginative play in kids.

A bit flimsy
It's doesn't make the most robust of dens. The pieces fit together well and there are plenty of them. Some creative structures can be made with them. The only problem it that they they have to be treated fairly gently. That's difficult when three little ones are all trying to get in to the new den all at once! It's a good kit for making glow in the dark shapes but not strong enough to make usable dens.

fair value
The cover is pretty useless—too small and falls off easily. We use pegs to keep it in place or just throw a blanket over it. The connectors work well, and the structure is quite sturdy (has handled a lot of rough play without breaking). For £15.99 at the time of review, it's fair value!

Evoloo Kids Fort Building Kits,175 Pcs Creative Toys, Glow in The Dark
I received: Evoloo Kids Fort Building Kits,175 Pcs Creative Toys, Glow in The Dark Kits Gift STME Toys for 6-12 Year Old Boys Girls, DIY Build Castles Tunnels Play Tent, MediumThis product is extremely rickety when erected. It has no strength at all, and falls over at the slightest touch. Great if you have kids that enjoy that. The ball and rods don't fit very well.
