I Sprained my 2nd toe on my right foot. That being said, it’s been hard to just wear the hard shoe they gave me at the doctors office so I found this on amazon. I wear a size 10-10.5 in women’s shoes and I would say this is very versatile for size and fits best on your middle toes (2nd, 3rd,4th). As you can see in the picture, I placed it alongside the bottom of my toe but ran it along the top and fit it so go over the top knuckle on my toe, keeping it from being able to move upwards much. I have some swelling still so I fit it where it’s just snug enough it doesn’t hurt much. I can understand how people might be confused on how to use it since there are no instructions but if you adjust it onto whichever toe you need it on, then use 1 of the 4 additional metal pieces they provide you, you can form it to your toes better to fit the sizing and help it stay in place. That way you can Velcro it into place and it will provide the best support possible. As for staying on, it’s probably a lot easier to keep on while wearing a sock. These are just my recommendations based on my common sense and medical knowledge. This works well for me and durability will be tested while I wear this for the next couple weeks while my toe heals. It’s extremely adjustable and should work well. I would say its definitely washable with some antibacterial soap and an air dry.I hope this review helps anyone in need. :)

The Velcro is so hard it hurts to wear and too short to stay on toe so it slides right off your toe. No good at all.

Would serve the purpose if it were to stay on your toe.Had to tape it to stay on.

Would work if you have small toes. Mine are bigger and is broken and swollen. Caused more pain than helped stabilize.

I am a size 7/7.5 in women's shoes. This thing stick off my middle toe by half an inch! Also the velcro strap wraps around my toe twice.Somewhat comfortable once I cut some of the metal and the black cloth and velcro to fit my toe better.

The idea is sound but this needs a much longer velcro strap to wrap around bigger toes. Without that, it doesn't fasten to the other side properly and doesn't stay in place at all. And instructions or even pictures would be nice without having to come back to amazon to see it. (People aren't morons and can figure it out, but really? I mean, what are the extra metal pieces supposed to be used for? Extra rigidity? Extra length? No idea.

Perfect! I have struggled for years trying to use regular clippers on my two stubborn toe nails. Even the salons don’t do a good job. But these easy to use clippers get the job done in one clip. The elegant packaging makes you feel like you’re in for a great experience also. Thank you!
