These headphones are comfortable & light to wear, and the sound quality is excellent. The sound is very open and clear and, as AT say, they sound particularly good with classical music (and pretty good with everything else!).I bought these as a replacement for the Grado GS1000i headphones, which are light, open and airy. But I found orchestral music on the Grados, specifically strings, sounded thin and occasionally shrill and screechy. These ATs deliver a much sweeter, non-fatiguing sound.Highly recommended.

I hope these were a rogue pair that escaped. When driven at all loud they exhibited a high frequency roughness that was not at all pleasant. I returned them.
