Love this water dispenser, hot enough but not boiling like a kettle, saves electricity and filters out all the impurities in tap water. I purchased an additional 12 filters but am still using the ones supplied with the machine. Saves kn electricity too! Win! win!

Purchased this in February, I have used it every day and I am extremely pleased with it.The quality of materials is very good. The sizing appears to be genuine.Water heats to boiling very quickly and I love the ambient temperature for my bread making.The ambient temperature is luke warm for drink but if it's run over ice it's perfect.Before purchasing the Sensio I used to filter my water for drinking and for boiling in a standard water filter jug,Now I have hot or cold at my finger tips.I would recommend this product.

It's quite good, easy to use, and efficient. However, I have a couple of niggles - it doesn't give 100deg water, even at highest setting - more like 90deg. That's OK for coffee, but it wouldn't be very good for making tea. And it dribbles water every time you lift the tank off for refilling, so there's liable to be a puddle of water under it if you don't mop up each time!

Tried and tested works brilliant heats up to the right temperature for tea and coffee, very pleased I bought this quick heat up and one of the best part is you can start and stop when you like or have the right amount of water for your cup.

This is a brilliant water heater the water is much hotter than the other ones we have had and holds more water

I like the idea of this machine and the ease of only heating the amount of water necessary. However the biggest negative is that the water is NOT HOT ENOUGH. It definitely is not boiling.

Not much to say about this product other than if you are considering buying one I highly recommend it.I bought one for my mother initially to help with making her life easier due to arthritis, then when I visited and tried this out I bought another for myself.Fantastic product, does exactly what you expect it to do and does it fast and efficiently.

I spent a long time researching and reading reviews before I ordered this hot&cold water dispenser/filter. For me it was important that the dispenser offered both hot&cold water, the filter eliminated lead, microplastic etc. and it had a good sized tank.Pros: good size, easy to clean, no bad plastic smell, easy to assemble, looks nice, quiet, hardly any drips, easy to use, water filter easy to install, no spluttering, quickCons: cold water not cold, coolest temp 36°C, that's quite dangerous, especially as children as young as 8years old can use this machine. The temperature goes up the more water is poured.The water temperature does not get higher than 88°C on the highest setting, it should be 100°C. I used pre-warmed cups.As I have decided not to keep the dispenser, I wanted to take out the water filter. I was not able to dislodge it.
