I got this for melting wax and I'm in love with it! I love the size and that you can pour directly from the pot and that it is light weight and manageable when using it .It's nice that you can stack it together to store it. It's very easy to clean up, and love getting the spatula with it!

This product is easy to use, and it’s better than the wax melter because it burns the wax slowly. Not sure of the full capacity but I used it for approximately 2 band it was enough. The handle doesn’t get hot and it doesn’t make a mess when pouring.

We upgraded from a much smaller double boiler, so this one is awesome...nice quality. Stainless steel. easy pour spout and love the handle which makes it easy to remove from the base. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves to bake and has improvised to create a double boiler for melting chocolate. This set makes it easier as the top fits down into the pot closer to the boiling water better than a stainless mixing bowl. I would prefer if the top part fit firmly on the water pot but it does work as long as you hold the top bowl firmly to stir the melting contents. And it’s always nice to have new silicone spatulas.

I used this double boiler no less that 15 times in the past month for holiday candy making. It's held up very well and even going through the dishwasher hasn't damaged it at all. Highly recommend!
