I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this for my Dad. It's a fantastic chair. It has a nice big seat to hold his large frame comfortably, the fabric is soft and a lovely deep brown color. The remote control for the massage and heat is a bit hard to read, but those were bonus features for him. The reclining function and raising function both work perfectly. It came in 4 pieces, and was easy enough to slot together -- however, there were no instructions in the boxes. It's obvious how to connect the pieces, though -- it was black cord to black cord, white cord to white cord -- so I did not miss the instructions. It arrived a full week before we expected it. No comments on longevity, since he's only been using it a few days, but comfort and function get 5 stars.

I weigh 300 lbs and have a painful illness. Because of that, I spend a lot of time sitting. This chair has changed my life. No exaggeration. It's comfortable, sturdy, and helps me stand up. Wide enough for a large person to fit well with extra room to tuck in a few pillows! The material is smooth but also soft and doesn't get too hot or cold to the touch - plus it's not scratchy at all. The massage function isn't the strongest thing, but it's enough vibration to get your circulation moving! And the lumbar heat is lovely. The USB charger is very helpful and easy to find just by feeling around. It's cool the cup holders are there, but I've honestly never used them - a little too far to reach for me. But no big deal! The person who put it together for me said it was fairy simple (it took them maybe ten minutes?). This baby is worth every penny. If you are ill, give yourself the gift of this chair, you deserve it. Update - thanks to a manager at Amazon, they did a one time courtesy & refunded me the money for this zero quality item, especially that I wasn't even able to contact the seller! So much for standing behind their product! My opinion in the product doesn't change!I've been trying to return this recliner for 2 months now & they're requiring a box for the return not understanding that a box that big doesn't get sold in stores. I've tried calling Amazon multiple times, been hung up on after the associate is unable to help me & they don't know what to do so they just hang up as if the call got disconnected. Called again & spent over an hour most of it trying to explain to the supervisor what a recliner is and that I cannot purchase a box. I had to explain again that the chair makes extreme noise when reclining or closing and thatI have been wanting to purchase a recliner for the nursery for months. I saw this chair (same exact one) on a a different website and the reviews were amazing so I decided to purchase it through Amazon since I can get some rewards through my prime account. However I was disappointed with jt. The mechanism on it is not as expected, the chair looks great but the massager is loud, like super noisy & can't use it while trying to put my baby to sleep! I haven't tried the hear part so I can't review that yet but I'm hoping it's not as bad. Also the chair takes up too much space to recline, unlike the recliners I have in my living room. Had I known all this I wouldn't have purchased it😔

The chair works fine and was easy to put together. The cushions are very firm and actually quite hard. I'm hoping they will soften up with use.

Can in 3 boxes. Easy to put together. Great chair. Reclines and lifts well. Massaging components work so well on all listed areas. Especially the lumbar area (which is most needed). Very happy with purchase.

If you’re thinking about getting this chair because of the massage feature, don’t. I had to order this chair on a budget for my elderly father. The other features including the power lift and cup holders are amazing. The cushions are not as comfy as they may seem. Massage feature feels like someone is just lightly tapping on your back. The feel of the chair is not too soft as well. The chair is quiet which is nice. Overall, would recommend this product if you’re going the cheap and easy route.

Nice chair, very reasonable price. Came 5 days earlier than expected. Easy to assemble.
