It works as advertised. Easy on the ears and I hear details I have lost years ago. Very affordable too. Sounds a little tinny but I'll get used to it. I love the fact that it's Bluetooth enabled also. I never miss a phone call.

Last month I decided to give it a try because my hearing has been deteriorating, especially in noisy environments where it's hard to hear people talking. Came in next day, fully charged. Could immediately activate and hear very clearly. Had some trouble hooking up to phone but finally figured it out. Still haven’t been able to activate the Royal Phone program yet. It may be my phone, but I think I can answer calls and listen to phone apps.

Seeing these type of devices I thought I should get me some and try them out to check on my hearing aid plus having a bluetooth in my ears. I immediately started to notice the hearing increased drastically and I now feel I am close to being def hahahahaThese are very comfortable to be wearing wether I use them to hear better or to use as bluetooth, they have always worked without any trouble connecting to my phone. I just didn’t like how it takes what I feel too long to go from hearing aid to bluetooth or the other way. They look pretty cool to be using and the case is quite normal to many other rechargeable cases around. Pretty simple to use, to carry, to have and maintain in a good condition. They do have charge get draining a bit quickly because they are Always working as soon as you get them off their case. I myself have not have them in my ears for such a long time that they loose their charge but I do need to constantly charge the case to feel comfortable that I will always be able to have a charge in the buds

Bottom line: the F-Aid hearing aids performed well for me. I found that I could understand voices and TV as good or even better than my behind the ear, expensive Bernafon hearing aids. I liked the spare domes to allow best fit and the charging case worked well.When I received the F-Aids they were packaged nicely and were charged and ready to go.I promptly tried them out and they made it sound like I was in a tin can and my own voice was too loud. I read the instruction and lowered the volume for each ear respectively until the tin can sound went away. I could understand voices and TV shows very well.When Googling others experience with these I found reference to using the app. However, there was no app available in the Google Play Store & no mention of it in the instructions so I reached out to the vendor via email. They promptly provided a link to download the APK file, but said they no longer promoted the app. After I downloaded the file, I ran it through virustotal.com and the file came back clean so I installed the app.The app allows you to tune the hearing aids to your specific condition. I tried that and it did make a difference, but I ended up going back to factory settings which seemed to work best for me.The F-Aids work with Bluetooth, but I only used it to tune them with the app and since I don't stream music and didn't want to use them to answer calls, I removed the pairing with my Android phone. Hence I can't comment on how well they work in that mode.Finally, my bride didn't like their look and while I was tempted to keep them as a backup, I decided to return them.I would say my experience was positive and I'd recommend them as being worth trying if you're looking for a reasonable priced OTC hearing aids. They're obviously reasonably priced & work well!
