Yes, you can use them with acrylic paints. Make sure to clean them quickly after each use to avoid damaging the bristles. If you're looking for a smoother finish I recommend wetting the tip of the brush with water before you dip it into the paint.

Natural hair inherently will have some breakage and with any new natural hair brush it’s perfectly normal to have some loose bristle hairs at first, and is not necessarily considered a defect, even after prepping the brush. Brushes will need to go through a short break-in period. After that period, bristle loss will be nominal with continued care. On a rare occasion a dud can slip by our quality controls. If you feel you have received a brush that may be defected we will gladly exchange/replace it for you.
