Felt the difference after a week

This is a straight forward device with no chemical or any other interventions. You set the level, put it in your mouth and simply breathe in through your nose and out through the device. The setting increases the resistance to the out breathe. I was sceptical as to its effectiveness but I noticed an improvement almost immediately. If you are ill or have a lung condition I’m not sure if you should use this unless you ask your doctor. For someone that feels they are getting out of breathe too quickly or easily or need to increase their puff then this is the answer. Don’t expect any miracle cures but as a simple aid to help improve your breathing it’s good.

Very simple to use and I use twice per day since purchase with the instructions provided as guide. Have used once also after treadmill session with no negative affects. Has good potential for using post fitness workout.

Dont feel any different in resistance

The minute i started using this...i quit vaping completely, not because thats what it was intentionally for but it just felt right.Another amazing thing is the sttess relief tgis gives me, my job i very very stressful....i stick this in for 5 minutes and by the time iv stopped i know iv done a lung/abdomen workout...and cannot remember why i was stressed.love it.

I got this to stop vaping and as a lung cleanse. The device is easy to use and does what it says. Simple lung exerciser to improve your breathing👍🏽

Dosent work

Have seen these and thought for the price I would give it a go. So far so good.
