Does the Job of replacing the old...
Old lid that came with my fiftyfifty waterbottle. Long story short I drop it head on and broke it so I needed a replacement. I don't like how hard it is to open the lid. The straw part opens differently to the old one. Other than that it works. What I do like is the handle is much comfortable than the old one.

Used everyday for about a month now. No leaks. So far, so good. Very satisfied with this lid because of the spout or the straw option. Works great on my old 40oz bottle

Not leak proof
The mouth piece (not the sipping straw part) is not leak proof. But if you always keep your bottle upright, it shouldn't be an issue.
