Honestly, EVERYONE needs to read this book! 🙌🏻. I've highlighted so many passages for reference! The writing is so inspiring that it's made such a huge difference to my life in such a short space of time! I started to change my thinking patterns and I've even landed a new job that I've been dreaming about for the last few years! Thank you Floss, you are amazing and never stop being you. 🩷✨️🌸

This is an amazingly powerful ,thought provoking and inspiring book.... every woman should read it. There is so much information here that I find I read a bit then spend time thinking about how my life has been affected by particularly societal and patriarchal conditioning. Which brings awareness and some healing as well as inspiring changing behaviours and expectations. This is the kind of book that will be with you for life to keep going back to.My only criticism is the frequent use of the "f" word, I am not a prude but just feel that it doesn't add anything to the content of this visually uplifting and amazing book. It might actually put some people off reading it.

Florence is the best friend we all need. This book is absolutely beautiful. It is a joy to hold in your hands. The illustrations are gorgeous, and every chapter is inspirational and uplifting. Every woman should invest in this and use it when journalling. There are so many insightful nuggets of wisdom that cheer you on and encourage you to live an authentic, expressive, mindful and meaningful life filled with simple joys. I love Florence Given! She is the perfect mentor to every girl and woman. I wish I had someone like her to look up to when I was younger.The book is amazing! The illustrations inside are spectacular and make it really eye catching. The whole book just grabs your attention.I’m not going to review the content of the text, just know that you HAVE TO get the book.It will change your perception and give you a sense of belonging and self affirming confidence.
