The mini-dock is great for adding additional monitor to your laptop, which is primary purpose we use these mini-docks. Easy to use.

Does not connect anything to my computer
The HDMI Port does not work. HP confirmed this on a call to their help desk. The usb ports work only for charging, not connecting to my new HP zbook. I can't connect the ethernet thru it either. It is almost useless for me.

Only 60hz max
Works great , but maxes out at 60hz using Ethernet and HDMI cable at once. Returned for a powered hub

Wouldn't Work With My HP Laptop
I own an HP Laptop and two 25er monitors. I bought this thinking it would work to do what I needed. What a joke. Even Tech Support couldn't figure out the issue. I sent it back and bought a Kensington.

No power cord. Instructions recommend paying another $40 for a power cord.
