The can has a solid soldered top. A can opener would work best but you can use a rock if you want crumbs instead of crackers.

Don't know. Bought them for 30-year shelf life. But my experience with other brands i.e. Richmor (which, sadly, are no longer available) I think you would be able to munch them without teeth.

Enriched flour, palm oil,salt,dextrose,baking soda, and other things... these are round-flat hard tack type crackers.
